Nocatee City and Ponte Vedra

My green tip concerns razors. I learned, or so it was told me, that if you rinse your razor in alcohol after using, it will last for up to one year. So the test is on. I am using a blade that was in use for over 2 weeks before I started the program. Now up to 2 months on the blade, and all is well. Let me know if you have any more suggestions.

Now at three months. This does work. It also has the advantage of keeping the blades sharp, more comfortable, less nicks as the blades age.

12-19 I found an exception. When I use a gell shave cream, the effect reduces greatly. The gell must hold onto water, the alcohol does not get the water off and the blade does corrode some. Not as bad, but not as effective as with usual shave cream.

As of today, 10/4, the latest news is the coming unveiling of the new town center of Nocatee. Park Group, the developer, will announce who the retailers will be on Nov. 1. This will be a grocery, shops and office spaces in addition to plans for the total build out at this time.

I encourage one and all to visit the new city of Nocatee Florida. It has a Ponte Vedra mailing zip and is living up the the high expectations of everyone in the real estate industry.

Visit the model homes. They are spectacular. Take a camera and save decorating ideas, at all models except Toll Brothers. No cameras there.

The new Dell Web 55+ community is open. To promote their townhomes and condos, they are offering a $400 a month discount on the condo fees for 10 years. Save almost $50,000!
